After logging in, you can click on your name in the upper right corner and then on “Account” to access your account, where you can make several settings, which we explain more about below.
Basic settings #
Here you can change your name, email address, time zone, and define an anti-phishing code (a short text defined by you that will be inserted in all emails you receive from us to ensure that the email is authentic).
Billing details #
Here you can change your account type (personal or business) and change your billing address.
Two-factor authentication #
It allows you to enable or disable two-factor authentication, which adds a second layer of security to your account by asking you each time you access your account to confirm your login with a code generated by a dedicated application.
If you activate two-factor authentication, you will be asked to scan the QR code with a dedicated application (e.g., Google Authenticator, LastPass Authenticator, Authy, etc.). Following each new login you will need to have a code generated by your chosen application so that you can confirm your access.
Change password #
Here you can change your password by entering your current password and your desired new password. We recommend using passwords with at least 8 characters and containing at least one uppercase, number, and/or special character.
Delete account #
Should you decide to delete your account, you can do so by logging into your account and clicking in the upper right-hand corner on “Delete Account.”
Keep in mind that by deleting your account, all your data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
If you have decided to delete your account because you are unhappy with the platform or have encountered problems, you can first contact us so that we can help you with the problems you have encountered. We are always available for any questions or clarifications.
If the cost of the platform is too high, you always have the option of upgrading to the free plan (you can also contact us to request a discount, or take advantage of the various discounts offered throughout the year).
